Liberty University Dining created a unique concept, South Street Cheesesteaks, in Fall 2020 to offer more lunch and dinner options to students. And by the Spring 2021 semester, South Street became a student favorite for comfort food (and cheese fries!). Among other original locations created and designed by the in-house Marketing team, South Street gained national attention and needed updated PR materials to support digital and print articles for national release. The primary focus was to showcase student engagement, with real life students and some authentic and drool-worthy Philly Cheesesteaks.
